Inner Home:  Finding meaning and fulfilling purpose in service to community and society.

Our Inner Home is the one Spirit that animates and upholds all of life. This Inner Home has no boundaries because it is an infinite space of Peace, Love, Joy and Wholeness. So in that sense , it includes all our local homes, Earth, all beings and all there is.

Local Home: Renewing community and culture through integral purpose-based initiatives/livelihoods.

FPACL has two local homes: The World Unity Centre in Srinagar Kashmir, India , and Oshiana, in Pune India. Both places are meant for gatherings, reflection, listening, renewal and initiatives linked to the co-creation of purpose based and sustainable livelihoods and entrepreneurship, youth action for meeting the SDG Goals, and the development of Compassionate Leadership (especially in Youth and Women).

Earth  Home is:  Fuelling systems change and collectively co-creating ‘home on Earth’.

We see ourselves as an active node in many Global Networks ( Home for Humanity, Charter for Compassion, Initiatives of Change, Rotary International, URI, Brahmakumaris, Shakti Leadership and Service Space.). The World Unity Centre is meant to foster System Change towards "Home on Earth". We facilitate this through Connection, Conversation and Co-creation and harmonising the best in all systems (Appreciative Inquiry) .The tradition of Kashmir Shaivism (Joyous Wholeness) inspires our work and play.

Short Profile

As we transition to a new world- more spiritually fulfilling, socially just, and environmentally sustainable-we will need more compassion, peace, and healing than ever before. Peace, compassion, and healing for ourselves, for others and for the environment, and for all earthlings. We will also need to foster more peaceful and compassionate organizations and governance; those which are environmentally sustainable and life-affirming. The Foundation's mission is to create and deploy resources and systems that bring its credo to life, serving humanity and the planet.

Integral Model to Whole-Systems Change

Integral Model Kumusha

Innovation

Moje Kasheer Sistership (MKS) and Youth Collaborating for Compassion (YCC) innovate by combining emotional growth ("Heartware") and practical leadership skills ("Hardware"). Its self-directed, action-learning framework empowers youth to lead real-world projects, fostering collaboration and global empathy.
At the Heart of our work is the new paradigm of Wholesome Development and Wholesome Leadership. This is development which honours the sacred/spiritual aspect of life besides making use of practical tools and technologies available for change. Our innovative work is based on several original books written by the founders.
