The One Home Journey 2024-2030
is a planetary expedition, adventure and quest of 7 years to all countries on Earth
journeying home to home, and culture to culture, to explore, together, the crucial question of our time:
How can we transform our divided world and endangered planet into an inclusive and regenerative HOME
for the diverse family of life on Earth for present and future generations?
The One Home Journey is globally undertaken by the co-founders of the Home for Humanity movement, Alexander Schieffer & Rama Mani, locally hosted by Homes for Humanity,
and accompanied (online and onsite) by future builders of all backgrounds and ages
in co-creation with outstanding planetary partner organisations
to support and enable the dreams & visions of Earth Citizens worldwide to start and/or develop
their own transformative initiatives (Homes for Humanity) altogether “co-creating home on Earth”!

YOUTH FOR THE FUTURE FELLOWSHIP
Youth for the Future Fellowship:
The One Home UnivEARTHsity catalyses the power
and potential of youth to reshape our shared future.
Each year up 25 youth from marginalised backgrounds who are highly motivated to become integral leaders serving their communities and the Earth, will receive scholarships, in each of the 35 countries visited each year by the One Home Journey.
Thirst for Purposeful Future-building: The youth scholars will be chosen primarily from marginalised backgrounds or disadvantaged contexts, including those who have been displaced, uprooted or denied their rights. It will include those who have not had access to formal education or chose not to follow conventional education, but have a thirst for life-based learning and purposeful future building
Scholarship Programme: The Youth will follow the 1 year Mother Earth Dipl-Home, giving them a profound connection to and knowledge of the diversity of nature and culture around the earth, as they grow into integral leaders. In collaboration they will:

Express their unique creativity

Innovate their holistic future-building initiative that fulfils their purpose, taps their potential, provides regenerative livelihoods, serves their community, and contributes to regenerating the Earth.
They will receive an on-site intensive when the One Home Journey is in their country. They will present their initiatives publicly and be recognised locally and globally
The Power of 7 for Exponential Impact: Each youth will co-journey, co-learn and co-create with up to 6 community members to amplify and sustain long term impact.
Inspiration and Mentorship by Youth Pioneers: They will encounter pioneers Homes for Humanity initiatives who overcome marginalisation as youth, e.g. Linda Leogah Forkwah, Integral Leewah Revolution (Cameroon); Enzo Ikah refugee musician-activist (DR Congo / Turkey); Dr. Daud Taranhike, Integral Kumusha (Zimbabwe).
Long Term Impact: With about 800 Youth for the Future from 35 countries across all continents each year, totalling over 4000 youth from all 195 countries on Earth over the five years, these once-disadvantaged youth will emerge as a global community of integral leaders, and conscious and caring Earth Citizens, in service of their local communities and of future generations on Earth.
WOMEN FOR THE EARTH FELLOWSHIP

Women for the Earth Fellowship:
The One Home UnivEARThsity champions women’s capacity to transform oppression into power, and to embody integral leadership that nurtures the wellbeing of all life on earth.
Each year, up to 25 scholarships will be given, in each of the 35 countries covered each year, to women emerging from violence and oppression who feel deeply called and committed to become integral leaders in their communities, to support other women, to cultivate cultures of non-violence, peace and integrity in their communities, and to regenerate their societies and the Earth.
Integral Leadership: The Scholarship supports women to become integral leaders, and to innovate holistic community initiatives that foster cultures of peace and integrity.
Scholarship Programme: Scholars follow the 1 year Mother Earth Dipl-Home. Connected with peers in mutual support, they:

Develop their authentic presence, purpose and inner power as integral women leaders

Heal and transcend their past, and unlock and express their originality and creativity

Innovate holistic initiatives that foster a culture of peace and integrity, gender equality and respect towards women, while regenerating culture, society and the earth.

Generate meaningful regenerative livelihoods to be financially independent and partake in an economy of wellbeing.
They receive an in-country intensive when the One Home Journey reaches their country.
They present their initiatives publicly, and be recognised locally and globally.
The Power of 7 for Exponential Impact: Each woman will support, co-mentor and co-create her initiative with up to 6 women in her community, to multiply and sustain impact.
Inspiration and Mentoring by Women Pioneers worldwide: Building on Home for This programme builds on our very long term engagement and support to womenScholars will encounter women leaders of pioneering Homes for Humanity who have overcome violence, oppression and exile: e.g. CORO/Women’s Federation in Mumbai, Women’s Coalition in Palestine, Terra Meera in Croatia, Integral Kumusha in Zimbabwe, SINAL in Brazil.
Long Term Impact: With up to 875 Women for the Earth from 35 countries across all continents each year, a total of over 4000 such remarkable women leaders will be championed from all 195 countries on Earth by 2029! These once-violated and oppressed women will shine individually and collectively as an interconnected global community of integral women leaders. They will accelerate global progress towards eliminating violence and establishing gender equity. Through their diverse, mutually-reinforcing initiatives, they will establish a lasting culture of humanity and cultivate the wellbeing of all life.
